About this notice
Northeast Alliance operates this website for our Limerick location. This notice covers website inquiries, voting forms and website preferences. It does not describe our separate applications or the handling of patient, regulated sales, tax or payment records. Services you visit through links, including ordering and social-media websites, have their own privacy notices.
Information you choose to provide
Inquiry forms ask for your name and email address. On our general Contact page, location, telephone number and message are optional. Voting forms ask for an email address and voting choices; the name field is optional. We use the details you submit to handle your inquiry or vote. We do not reuse those details for marketing lists or customer profiling.
Please do not send medical records, payment-card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information through these website forms.
How website submissions are handled
Forms send submissions to the designated staff mailbox. Submissions can also be stored in the website’s form-management system, including when delivery fails or a submission is classified as spam. Records may include the submitted details, date and time, originating page, IP address and browser information. The form system can maintain a separate contact entry as well as the original submission.
Our hosting, email and website-service providers process information needed to operate the website, deliver messages and protect these services against abuse. Technical information such as an IP address is not necessarily anonymous.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect website forms against automated abuse. When Turnstile runs, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the website on which the check runs. Cloudflare uses these signals to detect bots and improve its detection service. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
Cookies, preferences and embedded services
Website functions include remembering preferences and showing an age-confirmation screen. The age prompt asks for confirmation; it does not verify your identity or age.
Use Cookie Preferences on this website to review the available Statistics and Marketing choices, reject nonessential categories or change a previous choice. The current consent controls include configured services for Google Analytics, maps and Instagram content. These controls are not a promise that every third-party request or every form of data processing is prevented.
When embedded content or an external service loads, its provider may process technical information under its own privacy practices. Changing a cookie preference does not delete information already submitted through a form or already received by a provider.
How long information is kept
Our manual policy for ordinary inquiries submitted through the general Contact page calls for a cleanup review 30 days after an inquiry is actually closed. Unresolved inquiries are reviewed after 90 days, not automatically closed or deleted. Reopened inquiries, preservation holds, disputes and records requiring separate handling are excluded from routine cleanup.
This initial cleanup procedure does not cover voting entries, town or product inquiry forms, or patient, regulated sales, tax or payment records. It is not an automatic deletion schedule for every website record.
Email, website submissions, separate contact entries, Trash, service-provider logs and backups are different stores. Removing an item from one does not immediately erase every copy. Log and provider retention may differ from the inquiry-review timetable.
Our independent recovery backups are kept encrypted and managed under a separate manual backup policy. Retained backups can contain older copies. Our recovery procedure calls for relevant cleanup decisions to be reapplied before restored records return to normal use. Minimal cleanup records are reviewed for removal 90 days after completion is verified, provided no related hold or unresolved cleanup remains.
