Fourteen Edible Products on the Current Menu
At our July 2026 menu check, Northeast Alliance listed 14 edible products ranging from familiar 100mg gummies and $5 lollipops to 2,000mg packages, a 2,500mg chocolate bar, and our 300mg Fruity Krispy.
The selection includes Coastal Remedies, EkkoEssence, Littlefield Confections, and an NEA baked treat. Some packages focus on straightforward THC totals, while others use a 1:1 THC-to-CBD ratio or a fast-acting formulation.
What Kind of Edible Shopper Are You?
The right format depends on flavor, texture, ratio, package size, milligrams per piece, portability, and how carefully you want to divide the package.
The Gummy Fan
Choose from fruit flavors, multiple package totals, and clearly listed milligrams per piece.
The Ratio Reader
A 1:1 product contains equal labeled totals of THC and CBD. Always read both numbers.
The Nostalgia Pick
Lollipops bring a familiar candy format in grape, green apple, and watermelon.
The Chocolate Shopper
Chocolate offers a rich, familiar format, but heat and serving divisions deserve extra attention.
The Krispy Loyalist
The in-house Fruity Krispy is a colorful 300mg baked treat and a signature NEA edible.
Edible Formats You May Find at NEA
The food format changes the taste and texture. The label tells you the package total, amount per piece, ratio, ingredients, and serving information.
THC Gummies
What it is: A gelatin- or pectin-style candy infused with a measured cannabis formulation and divided into labeled pieces.
How they are generally made: Sweetener, gelling ingredients, flavor, color, and an infused oil or emulsion are mixed, deposited into molds, cooled, portioned, and packaged.
Current menu: Green Apple, Watermelon, Tropic Bliss, Blue Razz, Passion Berry, Orange Creamsicle, and assorted options.
1:1 THC + CBD Gummies
What it is: A gummy package labeled with equal totals of THC and CBD.
Current menu example: EkkoEssence 2,000mg Orange 1:1 Gummies, labeled as 1,000mg THC and 1,000mg CBD for the package.
Important: A ratio describes the relationship between cannabinoids. It is not a promise of a particular feeling or medical outcome.
Fruity Krispy • 300mg
What it is: Northeast Alliance’s in-house colorful crispy cereal treat with a 300mg package total.
How it is generally made: Cereal, binding ingredients, flavor, and an infused component are blended, pressed into shape, cooled, portioned, labeled, and packaged.
Current menu price: $15. Read the label to confirm the package total and intended serving divisions.
THC Lollipops
What it is: A hard-candy edible on a stick, currently available in grape, green apple, and watermelon.
How they are generally made: A cooked candy base is flavored, infused, poured into molds around sticks, cooled, labeled, and individually packaged.
Current menu: 100mg suckers for $5 each.
Milk Chocolate Bar
What it is: A chocolate edible formed into a bar that may include marked divisions.
Current menu example: Coastal Remedies 2,500mg Milk Chocolate Bar for $55.
What to check: Package total, amount per marked section, ingredients, dairy or allergen information, and storage away from heat.
Fast-Acting Gummies
What it is: A gummy formulated to disperse cannabinoids differently from a conventional oil-based edible.
How they are generally made: Cannabinoids may be processed into a fine emulsion before being mixed into the gummy base.
Important: “Fast acting” does not mean instant and does not replace the package directions. Timing varies by product and person.
How Cannabis Edibles Are Generally Made
The recipe changes by product, but a consistent edible requires an infused ingredient to be distributed through the food base, divided into pieces, and labeled with the package and serving information.
Gummies use a molded candy base, lollipops use cooked hard candy, chocolate uses tempered or molded chocolate, and crispy treats use a cereal-and-binder mixture.

Limerick Edibles FAQ
What edible types does Northeast Alliance carry?
The current menu includes gummies, 1:1 gummies, lollipops, milk chocolate, and the NEA Fruity Krispy baked treat.
Does 300mg mean one piece or the whole package?
It depends on the product. The label should separate the package total from the amount per piece or serving. Never assume the front-of-package number is one serving.
What is the Fruity Krispy?
It is Northeast Alliance’s in-house colorful crispy cereal treat, currently listed with a 300mg package total for $15.
What does 1:1 mean?
A 1:1 label indicates equal listed amounts of THC and CBD. Check whether the numbers apply per piece or to the full package.
What does fast acting mean?
It describes a formulation intended to disperse cannabinoids differently from a conventional edible. It does not mean instant, and timing still varies. Follow the current package directions.
Why do edibles take longer than inhaled cannabis?
Ingested cannabis must move through digestion and liver processing before the effects are fully felt, so onset is slower and duration can be longer.
How should edibles be stored?
Keep them locked, in the original labeled child-resistant package, separate from ordinary food, and away from children, pets, and unauthorized access.
Can I order online and pay online?
You can reserve products through the live menu for pickup. Payment is completed in person at the dispensary with valid medical cannabis credentials and matching photo ID.
